Steph's House Foundation is founded on the belief that every person deserves a chance to live a fulfilling life, free from the burden of substance abuse.   

We start with beautiful, shared housing minutes from Chattanooga, TN with homes that are safe, secure and induce pride.  We support medically assisted treatment for substance use disorder.

We offer a variety of evidence-based programs to meet the unique needs of each resident, including medically assisted treatment in support of relapse prevention. Our programs are designed to empower our residents and promote lasting recovery.
